Tough Enough is Live!
I’m way beyond excited. I’m pretty much scared to death. Tough Enough has been a year and a half in the making, and it’s my most ambitious work to date. Olivia, Marla, and I all took to calling it “The Beast”. I’m not sure what Vicki wound up calling it. Without them, you wouldn’t really have a novel to read, it would be more like a long run-on sentence with some flashbacks.

“It’s great,” Olivia said. “The best thing you’ve written. Now, let’s just break it into two parts and move all the scenes around.”
Marla said “He’s grittier than the others; more interesting.”
Vicki wanted the characters all to be a little nicer and she waved a huge red flag on one of the more risky scenes, so I had to re-write that.
Other than that, the thing was simple to write. It’s got two love triangles, two romance lines, double happy endings, ruthless bad-guys, chase scenes, intense love scenes, and yes… an explosion. Boom! I hope you love it.
